Unless I would trust a provider with my own beloved grandmother, I will not involve them with your family. Following decades of looking for that unique spark, everything finally aligned at 41. I launched Faye Care & Co. to convert my struggles into support, guiding Louisiana families through the confusion toward meaningful solutions.
I know this firsthand. I used to be the patient, and my mom was the caregiver, and honestly, sometimes I still am. I've learned a lot from being on the receiving end of care. I know what it means to hope the person coming through your door sees you, not just a list of tasks. And I've been on the other side too, loving someone and wanting desperately to get their care right. My mom cared for me, and I went through finding care for my grandma, Faye. That's why I started Faye Care & Co. I take the time to really know your family, your routines, your personality, what comfort looks like in your home. Then I search my network of independent caregivers and bring you the ones who genuinely fit. You interview, you choose, you hire. I just make sure the right people find their way to you. Because the right caregiver fits. I've been the one waiting on the right fit myself, and I don't take that lightly.

How is a match different from a search?
Searching is often overwhelming—navigating endless applications alone. Matching is precise. I study your specific situation, vet the details, and filter choices based on your unique values so you can make a final employment choice with total peace of mind and complete confidence.
Who hires the caregiver?
Your household independently vets, selects, and employs the provider. Faye Care & Co. does not supervise, direct their daily chores, or dictate your contract. You maintain full control over who enters your residence and who fits your specific lifestyle.
What does it cost?
I prioritize honest costs and warm hospitality. Matching services are currently discounted for area residents: $149.50 for a standard Faye Care Match and $249.50 for the Concierge level. Providers may access my talent pool at no cost for ninety days to find their ideal placement.
